My career began in the beauty industry, rooted in my hometown of Buffalo, NY. What started as a passion for beauty products and training techniques quickly evolved into something much greater: a deep appreciation for education, communication, and the art of simplifying learning. Because learning is constant. I’ve always believed that everyone deserves the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills. My mission is to make that journey intentional, engaging, impactful, and rewarding.
Development:
For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting learners with growth and connection. Whether in small classroom settings, virtual learning sessions, or large-scale industry events across the U.S. and Canada, this has always been my calling. My work has continued to be guided by a simple principle: meaningful learning happens when people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
I’ve been fortunate to build my career on continuous learning, earning a Bachelor of Science, leadership certifications, and hands-on experience that ranges from in-store management to corporate leadership. What inspires me most is creating environments where curiosity meets innovation, and where education empowers people to reach their fullest aspirations.
